Hi there!

I've been eating a plant based diet for over a year and before that took a stand against my family's wishes to become a vegetarian at the tender age of 8. This blog is my outlet to promote health, wellbeing and conscious knowledge about the products we use and consume on a day to day basis.

I only ever promote truly natural ingredients, with no nasty additives or flavourings and like to choose organic wherever possible - the way nature intended!

All posts are my own views and not sponsored (unless otherwise stated) and I would only ever endorse places and/or products that I would go to, use or consume myself.
